PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY

In the first year of the cooperation teachers will find the „different intelligences” of their students according the theory of „Multiple Intelligences”. The questionnaire will be prepare and used for the surveys. Teachers will prepare various activities for linguistic, logical, visual, musical, kinaesthetic, intrapersonal and interpersonal learners that will help them to learn more effectively.
Various competitions will be organized at school that allow low-achievers to improve their self-esteem.
ICT will be the the tool that help pupils to learn in the attractive way; schools will work out tests and quizzes useful for learning. Children and teachers will be able to improve their skills throughout using different computer programmes. 
All teachers will complete  the website split into 3 sections – for students, teachers and parents.
Teacher will encourage children to be the owners of the project by participating in the Comenius days, preparing the materials for publishing and correspondence. Students will be encouraged to write letters, cards, emails, bookmarks or other short texts according to their abilities. Students will send emails to their peers from other schools and take part in the video conferencing.
Parents will have the possibility to take part in the lessons and workshops supporting their children in developing learning strategies.
Each school will prepare „Promotion Days of Learning” using different and entertaining ways like concerts, exhibitions, experiments etc.
Each partner school will work out the list of language learning resources – published on the Internet and in the final book.
In the second year of the cooperation various competitions will be organized at schools that allow high-achievers present their skills and knowledge.
We are going to work out various activities for improving pupils’ Intelligences. Teachers will prepare experiments and interesting activities to make the lessons more interesting using different methods and approaches.
An important part of the project is to search for efficient teaching methods for children with special educational needs and disabilities. We want to assure the active participation of all pupils.
Students from Romania and Latvia will have the opportunity to visit schools and participate in the lessons, to meet foreign students and learn about their life during mobilities.
